Processing Time

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery typically takes:

United States: 7–9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

For international shipments, tracking may occasionally show little or no movement for several days while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance. This is normal and does not necessarily mean your package has stopped moving.

Shipping Origin

Some of our handmade products are produced and shipped from our production partners in Vietnam. International transportation and customs clearance are included in the estimated delivery process.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or packages delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
